Personal Training Options
As your trainer, I can support you in several different ways. I have three different options for training, but the commonality among them all is that I still write a fitness program designed to get you to your goal. The difference is in how I support you in following your program. I can design a program that is guaranteed to get you to your goals; however, if you don’t follow your program, it’s useless. Be honest with yourself and how much accountability you need to stay on track. It’s better to have more support than you need than to struggle because you need more.
OPTION #1: TRADITIONAL IN-PERSON TRAINING
I take you through each workout. This is the most beneficial and effective type of support, as you have my eyes on you during every movement. I can ensure you are in proper form and alignment and getting a perfect contraction EVERY SINGLE REPITITION. I ensure every angle is perfect, every exercise is challenging enough, and your rest time is precise. I help you engage the correct muscles by touch. This is the fastest way to reach your goals.
OPTION #2: VIRTUAL TRAINING
I demonstrate every exercise and watch as you perform each repetition and set. I can give you cues to correct your form and body alignment and make sure each exercise is challenging enough. Virtual training allows me to train you anywhere with an internet connection. It is beneficial if you travel often and don’t want to miss a session with me.
OPTION #3: FITNESS APP
The least expensive option gives you the most freedom to complete your workouts. You will download my fitness app and have access to your well-designed workouts, complete with videos and detailed descriptions. I can see your completed exercises and follow up with you on your progress. The app has a chat feature that allows you to ask specific questions or provide feedback.
With all of my training options, I will have you complete an initial fitness assessment to determine your current health and fitness level. The assessment will provide all the important information needed to design your program. it will also provide you with a great starting point of reference.
A workout program aims to increase neuromuscular efficiency and improve overall health and fitness. I will help you set SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely) to ensure safety and success.
