Customized Nutrition Program

Following a Nutritional Assessment where I gather information such as, but not limited to, food allergies, food sensitivities, preferences, dislikes, and cravings, I design a nutrition program that will help you reach your fitness goals. Your nutrition program is designed to complement your fitness program, providing the fuel needed for workouts. I teach you how to eat to achieve your goals and how to maintain those goals for life. Your nutrition program will provide general guidelines and the appropriate amount of macronutrients and micronutrients needed daily. I will also offer supplement recommendations if needed.

On-going Nutritional Guidance

Keeping a food diary just got easier. Snap a photo of your meals and text them straight to your nutritionist. Get feedback on your daily food choices and the nutritional support you need to hold yourself accountable. Your nutritionist will keep track of your dietary logs for you and make sure you stay within your nutritional guidelines to achieve your goals.
